The Buying Process Made Easy

1. Meet with a lender. Your lender will help you determine a budget, decide which type of mortgage is best for you, and get you pre-approved quickly. Not sure who to use? Ask for a list of preferred lenders!

2. Let's start shopping! Once you make your wish list here. I will set up a search with your criteria and let you know the minute a possibility hits the market!

3. Make an offer! We found the perfect house!! Now it's time to make an offer. Once your offer is accepted, you'll need to submit your "earnest money" (typically 1% of purchase price) and we'll get your inspections ordered!

5. Inspections! Your inspector will give a detailed of the condition of every part of the home. Once we have that information, we will discuss what repairs are needed and negotiate those requests with the seller.

6. Closing Day!! The day has finally come! We will schedule a time to do a final walk through to make sure everything at the house is in order and all required repairs have been completed. Then, we're off to the Title Company to sign the final papers and get the keys!
